I can cast pieces with metallic powders and also add colour and tints for almost any type of finish. The production version will have perfect castings and better finish. I will almost certainly add a slight “radius” or curve to the pieces so they wrap around the wrist nicely. These pieces also can be made up into a necklace or made into charms to hang from a chain bracelet. Please contact me for more info and pricing if you are interested.

I have been working on developing hard cup bras for fetish, fantasy, gothic, alternate, armour tastes. I have been making silicone moulds of my models bodies, casting them to make working forms/maquettes, and sculpting basic bra forms and designs.

Maquette and clay pattern underway

Once the clay has been faired out, the basic design is refined and contours defined. Smooth fill is applied and sanded out. A second layer of fill has been applied here and allowed to dry. It will be sanded out with very fine dry sandpaper and then sealed before a silicone master production mould is made.

I had a visitor from Vienna, Austria this Summer. She asked me if I could make a life casting of her face. I was very happy to oblige her and this is the result of a few hours in the studio. I made three castings: one for myself, one in white plaster for her mother, and another gilded in 22 karat gold for herself.

The silicone rubber master mould has been completed. Three layers of silicone rubber (RTV) have been applied in quick succession. About one hour and fifteen minutes has elapsed. Next and final step is to lay up a plaster mother mould to cradle the floppy/flexible silicone master when being cast.

Plaster and chopped fibreglas have been mixed and (very carefully) applied on top of the silicone master mould. Once set (after 15 minutes), the plaster can be easily removed along with the silicone master.

I have been meeting with several members of the trans-gender community in my city. A major issue is that many of the silicone penises currently on the market don’t have the ability to be bent and able to maintain their shape for packing or sex play. I have started work on developing silicone castings with a bendable embedded metal matrix. My first test was successful.

Prototype silicone finger with embedded stainless steel matrix

As you can observe, the finger ain’t pretty, but it is just a proof of concept. It is firm but flexible. It can be easily bent, stays put, and proves that the concept is sound. I made another master mould of another finger so I can cast other prototypes and test various rubber formulas . I’m hoping that these fingers will test well so I can successfully “ramp up” to make the ultimate in custom made silicone penises. Time will tell. If you have any questions, comments, or would like to model for me, please send me a message.

A pretty young woman from Estonia named Kerly came to me in November 2009. She wanted something distinctive as a memento of her stay in Philadelphia. I sat her down in the studio and made a silicone mould of her lower face. I(n this first photo you can see me applying the first layer which becomes the face of the master mould.

Applying the first layer of RTV Silicone to the model.

Next step is to complete the first layer and add some gauze as the rubber sets up. Two more coats will follow in quick succession.

First layer applied, waiting to embed gauze and continue the next layer.

When the master mould is completed I remove it from Kerly and can now begin the casting process. Here is the completed mould and the first casting in hard urethane.

I made several more castings in urethane and finished them in a combination of aluminum powder and automotive clear urethane. This combination allows the casting and finish to chemically bond. The final finish is quite hard and durable and in this instance, looks like metal. Shine can be controlled by modifying the mixture of the clear coat.

I have been pouring urethane castings for a client in the studio. In the meanwhile, I have been pouring the excess into some of my penis and dickhead moulds. I have a few people in the area that want some very different looking cuffs and bracelets in a black minimal style that’s sort of Goth. I have four double headed penis cuffs and about ten dickheads ready to go in a glossy black finish. I am going to link the individual dickheads “Prince Albert” style with either silver or black jump rings….. or try something a bit different and link them up in alternate directions….or maybe I’ll make a necklace from them.
